  1. General Definitions

    • Any repair or replacement products will be made within a reasonable period of time agreed by the parties and without any significant inconvenience to the customer, taking into account the nature of the goods and the purpose for which it has requested products.
    • Time shall not exceed 15 days from the date the customer has informed the non-conformity of the product.

    • The party invoking the major force event must prove inability to enforce obligations within 30 days after the event.
  1. Litigation and Applicable

    • Any failure of the products and services presented on  biofruit.ro and that is not already covered by any article of this document shall be settled amicably within maximum 30 days from the date of referral written problems, by the user.
    • If you did not settle the conflict amicably, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the seat of the owner of the website, in this case at the Hancean Andrei Constantin PFA or body dispute resolution alternatives (by the mediation procedure) agreed on both sides.
