Ordering on Biofruit.ro

To order a product click “Add to Cart” next to it. If the product has additional parameters (eg grams, color ..) it will be added directly to the basket, otherwise you will be automatically redirected to the page dedicated to the product, which please make your selection and press again “Add to Cart”.

To check the contents of your cart click on the shopping cart header Website where you’ll see “View Cart” where you can view all the items in the cart, change the number of items you want to purchase or opt out of one, several or all items from the cart.

To return back to the site to add other products in the basket, click “continue shopping”.

To complete the order, click “Checkout” in your shopping cart. If you are new customer, you have the option to order without account or create an account by completing the registration form and present command on that page. This process should only take 1-2 minutes more.

Once you are sure that you agree with the “Terms and Conditions” practiced, click “Checkout” button to proceed to the next step.

Depending on your order details and options available, you may be asked then specifying a delivery methods, which can be associated with certain travel costs. You can view the amount of costs estimated delivery before checkout.

Terms and conditions to order online

Hancean Andrei Constantin PFA can automatically denounce the order made by the Customer without any further obligation of either party to the other or none of the parties would be able to claim other damages and, in the following situations:

  1. The ordered products are not in stock
  2. Data provided by the Customer, the site is incomplete or incorrect
  3. Client activity on the site may and / or damage of any kind Hancean Andrei Constantin PFA and / or its partners

Once the customer validates the value of the order made becomes the distance contract, thereby applying the definitions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, hereinafter referred to this document “Contract”.

If a client changing your personal data using forms available on all ongoing contracts existing at that time, retains data defined / accepted by the Customer before the time change.
