The contract will be considered concluded if the customer refuses the introduction of personal data. Thus, Hancean Andrei Constantin PFA will not be obliged to deliver the order.

Hancean Andrei Constantin PFA can not be held responsible for errors arising from negligence regarding security and confidentiality of user account and password. Also, Hancean Andrei Constantin PFA can not be held liable in any way for any loss or damage to personal data stored by / for the purposes stated herein.

Completing the forms of Customer Data with personal presumed consent expressly and unconditionally the Customer that personal data it is collected, used and processed data system / database kept Hancean Andrei Constantin PFA or by persons acting on its behalf. Moreover, the Customer agrees that the personal data to be transferred / communicated to other companies at home and abroad.

Personal data will be transmitted to the authorities entitled to check commercial transactions or other authorities entitled to carry out any examination under the law, should this be required under applicable law.
