{"id":568,"date":"2019-07-30T19:24:07","date_gmt":"2019-07-30T19:24:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biofruit.ro\/?page_id=568"},"modified":"2021-06-02T10:31:47","modified_gmt":"2021-06-02T10:31:47","slug":"politica-de-returnare","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/biofruit.ro\/en\/politica-de-returnare\/","title":{"rendered":"Return policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"\">Hancean Andrei Constantin PFA&#8217;s customer may return products purchased in the following situations:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>package presents severe damage,<\/li>\n<li>products delivered wrong,<\/li>\n<li>products not complying with specifications on the website,<\/li>\n<li>defective products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The consumer has the right to terminate the distance contract without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the product.<\/p>\n<p>The only costs that can return the consumer is the direct cost of returning the goods, according to the Government Emergency Ordinance no.\u00a034\/2014, for individuals that purchase products online using distance communication techniques.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\">The customer is obliged to notify Hancean Andrei Constantin PFA of his intention to return products purchased through any means of communication <\/span><a href=\"\/en\/returnare-produs\/\"><span class=\"\">online form<\/span><\/a><span class=\"\">\u00a0or together with product refund, no later than 14 calendar days from receipt of the products.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>If repayment value of the product, it will be done within 14 calendar days of receiving the product by bank transfer.<\/p>\n<p>Value of additional services including, but not limited to, products (paid by the Client) will not be reimbursed.<\/p>\n<p>In all cases, the costs of return \/ re-shipment will be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n<p>Customer undertakes to return the goods in a perfect condition, unused \/ untested, seal and original packaging or in a state in which products can be traded again.\u00a0Products will be returned with accessories \/ free gifts in original packaging at the\u00a0<strong>Hancean Andrei Constantin PFA,<\/strong>\u00a0 <strong>Ciprian Porumbescu<\/strong> village, \u00a0<b>Principala <\/b>street, No. <strong>700<\/strong>, <strong>Suceava<\/strong> county, <strong>Romania<\/strong>, together with the completed return form and invoice you products you return them.<\/p>\n<p>For product return please fill out the form <a href=\"\/en\/returnare-produs\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hancean Andrei Constantin PFA&#8217;s customer may return products purchased in the following situations: package presents severe damage, products delivered wrong, products not complying with specifications on the website, defective products.
